Our romantic Maine Coast bed and breakfast offers well appointed accommodations in a historic setting. The Inn, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was built in 1874 by Captain Nickels as a gift to his bride, Elizabeth. The breathtaking Captain’s home sits on 3 meandering acres directly on the island-studded Penobscot Bay halfway between the beautiful towns of Camden and Bar Harbor in the quaint town of Searsport.

Red, white and blue chairs on a grassy shoreline

Meander along the beautiful grounds to the shoreline where you will find seating in classic Adirondack chairs, as well as a summer cottage with a deck and fire pit. The scenic setting provides for quiet moments of reflection. Croquet, badminton, bocce ball and horseshoes can be enjoyed on the expansive lawns.
